If you have applied for a new VOIP Calling Account with us, please note that during normal working hours this will take between 1 nd 2 hours for us to process.

TOPPING UP YOUR JUST-VOIP ACCOUNT

A top up is normally applied immediately we receive notification of the payment. This does depend on the time it takes PayPal to inform us.

CAN TOP UPS BE INSTANTLY APPLIED?

YES – If you have the US$ VOIP account, instant top ups in USD$ with additional bonus credit can be done using the justphone mobile app.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

For an application for a New VOIP account we will check your instructions (if any) for the username you wish to apply, and set up your VOIP account on our system.

We will then email you with confirmation of the username and the 6 (or 7) digit PIN used as your CardNumber/Password. This information will be necessary for you to use any of the FREE Apps we provide, including the Browser App.
